For our Client, a leading international producer of refractories for heavy industry, we currently seek an experienced person for the position of:

General Manager in Russia

Miejsce pracy: St Petersburg

Location is St Petersburg, Russia

Key responsibilities:

• P & L management and leadership responsibility for the entire Russian unit.
• Create a sense of urgency and accountability across all functions of the organization; develop the organization to a higher level of effectiveness.
• Establish personal industry relationships in keeping with the company's requirements and opportunities.
• Establish an annual board-approved strategic plan and operating budget.
• Leverage core competencies to significantly grow the company's revenues and profits.
• Provide leadership in strategic marketing, sales, and operations planning and translate these plans into action.

Experience required:

• Proven track record of refractories industry sales.
• Experience within the refractory / steel industry on managerial positions.
• Knowledge of hot metal applications.
• Good knowledge of technical issues linked with refractories industry.
• Fluent Russian and English is a must.
• Dynamic person.
