For our client big buiding company we are looking for candidate for position:

Operations Manager

Nr ref.: OPM/HR
Miejsce pracy: Dublin

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plan,
• Clearly identyfying activities and timelines in the various phases,
• Appoint and oversee architect,
• WCooperation with architect to develop, design and create planning permission submission,
• Ensure compliance with all aspects of planing regulations,
• Creating response to planning decision (in conjuction with architect),
• Identifing third party services required in post-planning phase,
• Compile list of possible providers,
• Oversee and manage project budget / paymetns for individual projects.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years' hands on experience of the management and execution of building projects, ideally with exposure to substantial high quality residential and commercial developments,
• Engineering or surveying background,
• In depth knowledge of construction issues and materials,
• Decisive with strong interpersonal, motivational and problem solving skills,
• good cominucation skills,
• Proactive and self motivated, with the ability to work under pressure in demanding environment
