Job description:

Duties:

• The management of the welfare of the Companies members of Staff and Labour force
• Further develop and refine the existing structured management banding system
• Managing recruitment, from briefing recruitment consultants, scrutinizing CV's, conducting initial interviews, arranging further interviews as necessary, structuring and negotiating packages, issuing offer letters, dealing with statutory authorities, settling people in and introducing them to the Companies operating procedures
• Implementation and ongoing management of an effective performance appraisal system
• Managing a structured and effective training regime based on the results of above
• Management of the Companies Labour camps to ensure the wellbeing of the labour and compliance with amendments to local regulations

Benefits:

Essential requirements:

• Experience on similar position - at least 5 years
• Fluent English
• Previous overseas experience would be an advantage but is not essential
